Initial two visits (45 minutes each): $250 combined
Follow up visits: $75 each
Pediatric visit (45 minutes): $115
Acute issue visit (45 minutes): $135
Phone consultations (5 minutes or less): complimentary
Phone consultations (longer than 5 minutes): charged on a per minute basis

Fees are due the day the service is provided. Payment can be made with cash or personal check. We have found this policy to be most effective for both patients and providers. Outstanding balances can cause embarrassment and communication breakdowns, and potentially decrease adherence to the prescribed treatment program. If you foresee any financial challenges, be sure to address them with Dr. Lepisto prior to your initial consultation. Your cooperation is appreciated!
